Bates Landscaping recommended that the homeowner would first enlist the services of a professional tree care company for removal of all large caliper trees in a safe manner. Bates Landscaping would then come in with equipment and hand tools to properly grade and pitch water in the correct direction for water flow. We then installed a wooden railroad tie system with playground chips for a specific location for the homeowner to add a playset and children’s toys. Lastly to pull the project together, we installed sod throughout, and screening plant material with boulders for a heavy trafficked area.
