Bates Landscaping recommended the replacement of the base material that is under the patio and replacement of broken stone pieces, to secure and make safe for all guests. We pulled up sections of the natural cleft flagstone patio and removed the existing base that was in poor condition. We removed stumps and old decayed roots that were causing sinking in certain areas. We removed any hazardous, broken pieces of flagstone, and replaced it with new sturdy pieces. We re-install the new, proper stone, sand, and liner base for the patio, and re-installed the flagstone. Lastly we applied polysand throughout to secure and seal.
